Monday, December 11th with Standard Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders ship Monday - Friday. If you order comes in after 12 PM Pacific Time on Friday, it will ship the following week on Tuesday. 

Most orders will ship out via your chosen shipping method within 2-3 business days unless otherwise specified on the product description.

  • Processing/Handling Time (from the time your order is placed, until it is ready to ship) - 3 business days unless otherwise specified.
  • Shipping Time (time in transit once shipped) - 2-10 business days depending on the shipping you choose at checkout.
  • Total Shipping and Handling Time - 4-14 days

I ordered during a holiday/weekend. When will my order ship?

Your order will be ready to ship three business days after your order was placed, unless otherwise specified.

I placed a pre-order. When will my product ship?

Dates for pre-order product availability are listed on the product description. They are typically stated as "shipping the week of" - so your product will ship Monday-Friday of that week. If the product is available sooner, it will be shipped as soon as it is available.

How do I track my package?

You will be sent an email once your order ships with your tracking number. Once you receive this email, click on the tracking number link to track your order.

What should I do if my product is damaged during shipping?

Please contact me immediately at with photos of the damaged product and packaging so that I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
